  • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order placement. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is completely accurate before submitting your order to avoid any delays.

2. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Because we work quickly to process and pack your squishies, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or updated once they are placed.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and the items in your cart before checking out.

3. All Sales Final Policy

Important: Due to the nature of sensory items and squishies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason (including change of mind or accidental purchases).

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong squishy by mistake, please contact us at sales@losquetzalesbakerymarket.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item so we can quickly make it right for you.

4. Toy Safety & Proper Use

  • Age Restriction: Our squishies and sensory products are generally recommended for ages 3 and up. They may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard for young children or pets.

  • Not Edible: While our squishies might look incredibly cute and smell sweet, they are strictly NOT food. Do not consume or chew on them.

  • Play Care: Squishies are designed for gentle squeezing and sensory relief. Over-stretching, pulling roughly, or picking at the surfaces can cause tear or damage, which is considered normal wear-and-tear rather than a product defect.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy matters to us. Any personal details you share during checkout (such as your name, email, phone number, and address) are used strictly to fulfill your order and give you the best shopping experience. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
