2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40
3. Local Pickup
If you are local to the Bakersfield area, we offer free local pickup!

After placing your order and selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for delivery within 1-2 hours

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your address is formatted correctly to avoid any delivery delays.
6. Return Policy: All Sales Final
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any squishies or sensory items once purchased.
